Numbers:
There are ten basic numbers
in mathematics. Every number is made up of them. They are 0, 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6,
7, 8 and 9.
We can write these numbers in
two ways.
i.
Numerals
or In Figures:
When these numbers are
written like 1, 2, 3, they are called in figure or numerals.
ii.
In
words:
When these numbers are written like one, two, three and so on,
they are called in words or number names.
